Target audience vacation seekers
First off, the location is just across the street from the lake, which made every morning feel like a dream, and we enjoyed ice cream from nearby shops after a long day. The staff were warm, especially a woman named Joy, who made us feel right at home, and it helped ease the stress of the trip.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but you can make it work with the right mindset.

Had an amazing time with friends! We enjoyed the beachfront and nearby restaurants, which made our stay really fun. The manager was super nice and allowed us a late checkout, which we appreciated. Definitely consider opting for rooms at the back if you're sensitive to smoke from neighbors.
Unfortunately, we did experience issues with the heating that didn’t get resolved during our stay, which was a bummer given the chill in the air.

1/10
First off, this place was a total disaster. My room was moldy as hell, and the second one wasn’t much better. I showed up with my own cleaner just to feel safe. Better hope you don't have to deal with this mess.

We had a fun time enjoying the nearby beach, just a short walk away. The kids loved the activities, and the kitchenette helped us save on meals. My brother joined us, making it a memorable family trip.
My kids wished for a cleaner room.

A rollercoaster of pros and cons
The recently renovated room was modern and clean, making it feel like home! The staff were exceptionally attentive, addressing all our concerns with warmth and friendliness.
Though the kitchen had essentials like a fridge and microwave, a noisy mattress made sleeping difficult, and we faced issues with cleanliness that spoiled our experience.

The location is fantastic, right across from the beach and close to downtown. The suite had a full kitchen, allowing us to prepare our own meals, which saved us money. Furnishings were cozy, but some items are outdated and could use an upgrade. The living area was spacious, perfect for hanging out with friends. However, check-in was chaotic. My room wasn’t ready despite arriving at 4 pm. It took another 40 minutes, and I felt the staff wasn’t appropriately managing the situation. The bathroom needed attention as well. the caulking was stained and rusty. A deep clean would significantly improve the overall experience. Having air conditioning felt nice after hot days at the beach, but some rooms might lack sufficient cooling. Still, the place made for an enjoyable vacation overall.

The suite we stayed in was surprisingly cozy and clean, with a comfy bed that made it feel like home! We really enjoyed relaxing at the nearby beach and had fun with the barbeque facilities available on-site. One minor downside was the outdated kitchenware, but it didn’t take away from our great experience! 😊

missingWrote a review on Jul 04beautiful locationwell-equipped kitchenettecleanliness issuesinadequate lightingbroken amenities
The location excels with stunning beach walks just across the street and easy access to downtown attractions. Room amenities included a kitchenette with all essentials, which was perfect for our needs. However, the room had several issues, including broken kitchen elements and poor lighting, which detracted from the overall experience. Additionally, the unit's cleanliness left much to be desired, and the outdated furniture made it less inviting than expected.
